My spiritual/religious background, or whatever words you like to use for the connection to the subtle world of our inner beings and beyond, comes from a wide variety of influences and understanding. I have focused all of the teachings that I see in the world from the concept of melding science and spirituality. In this day and age that may seem contradictory but the Yoga Siddhas of India were the masters of this concept. It was their view that in order to understand the spirit, one must experiment with the nature of the spirit to truly have our own understanding through constant experimentation with known and unknown practices. I have studied ancient texts of India as well as the Bible and a myriad of other scriptures of spiritual practice. I am an initiate in Babaji's Kriya Yoga specifically and these practices are a strict form of practices in which the practitioner records and reviews their experiences in order to have their own personal understanding of the external and inner world of existence to conclude based on one's own experience. This kind of practice takes intense devotion, discipline, and surrender to the Self. The ultimate goal of life on Earth is summarize by Babaji Nagaraj in the simple phrase "love all, serve all." I see no better or more concise way to put it. This principle ideal has been the center of many, if not all, spiritual and religious philosophies when you really break them down to their simplest form of practice.
My goal on this page is to share my experience and knowledge of Self-study and understanding a way to be in the world but not of it. Many of the sufferings that seem to plague the planet ultimately come from our own discomfort and fears. When we have a practice of faith and surrender to something bigger than ourselves (which doesn't have to be metaphysical) it seems we become more aligned with the oneness of the universe and our ability to feel connected to the creations of this world.
Here are some inspiring images of those who have come before and inspired me with a legacy of the spiritual journey and it's potential.
